Dan Borowec is the Director of Economic Development, Planning and Strategic Initiatives at Northumberland County. Son of Ukrainian immigrants, Dan understands the challenges and obstacles of newcomers to Canada. He also believe that Newcomers are the economic driver that would help our community and local economies.
